NEW ORLEANS

The new orlean is the largest city in Louisiana,usa.It stands on the banks of the Mississpi river and is a busy port and tourist center.Its population of about 550.000 is very cosmopolitan with immigrants from many countries.Every year peaple from all over the world visit New orleans too see its famous mardi garnival.

ITS HISTORY

in 1682 the Franch named Louisiana after the Franch king,Louis XIV.theu built the new orleans in 1718.in 1762,Louis XV gave it to his cousin carlos of Spain.Then,in 1800, it becom Franch again until Napoleon sold it to the USA in 1803.The Franch qurter in new orleans still has many old building and excellent restaurants.

ITS MUSIC
